- Projects planning and monitoring upon receipt of records plans to manufacturing prototypes and the first series,
- Creation of BOMs (nomenclatures), - Validation of manufacturing process, - Search of suppliers, - Order monitoring, - Project validation, - Transfer of projects to logistics department. - Daily synthesis of parts supply progress and vehicle manufacturing ; synthesis of actions to be done, - Updating and broadcasting of indicators, plannings and of monitorings tools, - Participation in daily manufacturing meetings, - Feedback from planning assistants who were working in projects teams. |
| July 2006 : | Worked for Conseil Général of Haute Garonne, Toulouse (Haute Garonne) in the Architecture Department. Design of a retractable railing for the castle of Laréole. Software used : Catia V5. |
